By subscribing to CodeWaiver, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital service.
  • You are given access to the service immediately upon payment.
  • You are responsible for managing your own subscription and cancellation through your account dashboard.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds if you decide to stop using our service or change your mind after purchasing. This includes:

  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Lack of usage or dissatisfaction not related to a service error.

3. Refunds for Technical Issues or Service Errors

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from using our service and CodeWaiver is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time (typically 5 business days), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund for the affected billing period.

To request a refund for technical reasons:

  • Contact us at support@codewaiver.com within 7 days of the issue.
  • Provide a clear description and any relevant screenshots or error logs.

Refunds are issued at our discretion after reviewing the nature and impact of the issue.

4. Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will promptly issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction(s). Please contact us immediately with evidence of the error.

5. Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a charge was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact your payment provider (e.g., your bank or Stripe). We will cooperate with the payment provider’s investigation and may issue a refund if appropriate.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. If you have concerns about a charge, please reach out to support@codewaiver.com first so we can assist.

7. Refund Method

Refunds (if approved) will be made to the original payment method used. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
